FOTONYX Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered FOTONYX provides professional photography services for weddings, events, portraits, and more.
3. Booking & Payment A non-refundable advance is required to confirm bookings. Full payment must be made before delivery of final outputs.
4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event for rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Delivery Timeline Edited photos/videos will be delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.
6. Copyright & Usage All photos are the property of FOTONYX unless otherwise stated. Clients are granted personal use rights. Commercial use requires written permission.
7. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate event details and ensure cooperation on the day of the shoot.
8. Limitation of Liability FOTONYX is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure or technical issues beyond our control.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in Coimbatore jurisdiction.
